If your company wishes to hold its current E&O in house Alfa can provide a marketing solution to meet this need. The material list or manifest is provided to us and we in turn will market your material throughout our extensive network of end customers and or distribution channel partners. It is important to note that in order to properly implement this process you must designate a dedicated (POC) Point of Contact in order to handle incoming inquiries from us during the marketing process. Information such as date codes, packaging, and nomenclature must be made available in order to effect a positive transaction.

Benefits:
Material is maintained at your site prior to disposition.

Negatives: Requires dedicated individual(s) to provide stock checks and part integrity prior to sale.

Alfa Consignment Program

To provide maximum ROI a fully implemented Alfa Consignment program truly represents your best solution.
Alfa will take responsibility for direct management of your E&O at our State of the Art corporate distribution facility in Canton, Ga.
Your inventories upon arrival will be 100% documented and fully inspected according to our stringent TQM processes and control requirements for Customer owned in house managed E&O material. Date codes will be obtained from each part; packaging will be noted along with other material receipt criteria.

Benefits:
By having your material in our facility we can responds immediately to our customers need for shortage fulfillment. It provides us the opportunity to properly inspect the material and repackage as necessary to meet our end customer needs and it completely eliminates the need for a point of contact on your side.
